Take a journey through the last 3 of the seven primary elements that define sacred movement and how they relate to your energy body. Drawing primarily from contemporary Persian dance, Flamenco and Sufi ritual, explore the elements as they correspond to the higher 3 Chakras: Fluid bowing, spatial awareness and spirals. Learn short dance sequences that utilize the 3 elements and through movement and wisdom teaching learn to open and balance each of the 3 chakras.
